Synopsis of Taxi NO. 9211:
Movie Review: The film “Taxi No 9211” is an Indian film released in 2006 and was one of the biggest box office hit film of the year. The film had been directed by Milan Luthria while Ramesh Sippy produced the film. The film had an unusual starring as Nana Patekar and John Abraham. The film makers know that what the Indian audience want and they had produced the film in a refined style according to the audience choice. The film presents the fast life of the Mumbai city and the story of the film revolves around two persons who happen to get involved in an accident that changes their lives.

The main character of the story Raghav Shastri (Nana Patekar) who is an irritable behaviour which made him changes 23 jobs in 15 years. He is now to his family is an insurance salesman but infact is taxi driver and desperately needs Rs. 30,000 to pay to the grocery man, his kid's school fees and the taxi owner. Jai Mittal (John Abraham) is an heir to a prosperous business family. He has to provide evidence of his claim for Rs. 300 crores in court. His father has left a will that states that his loyal worker (Shivaji Satam) will get the whole money while Jai will not have a single penny. He fights to have the money and for this he has his girl friend's (Sameera Reddy) support.

One day, Jai hires a taxi cab to collect his father’s Will from the locker. This is when Jai and Raghav meet up for the first time. Jai asks Raghav (taxi driver) to drive the cab fast and as a result of it they meet with an accident. Jai feels that he has misplaced the keys to the locker and it's with Raghav. He wants them back, but Raghav is not in the mood to return. From there, the cat and mouse game starts. Taxi No. 9211 works on approximately every sector of the film in particular the screenplay, which is definitely novel and gripping. The story has been told with perfection getting the viewers glued to their seats.

The story that is called the pillar of every movie is perfect. Rajat Arrora has written it very proficiently. Millan Luthria's direction is in control and razor-sharp. He has done the job trendily and with passion. The music of the film provided by the music duo Vishal-Shekhar was superb and cinematography is fine as well. Abbas Ali Moghul deserves distinction marks for directing super stunts. Aarif Shaik is first rate; he has edited the film crisply.

As far as performances concerned, Nana Patekar did his job with his usual way while John Abraham also done justice to his role. Sonali Kulkarni was appreciated well for her performance while Sameera Reddy failed to give good an impact to the audiences. She should have maintained her body and on the other hand she is dressed to kill the audience with her sexy outfits and curves. Shivaji Sattam is just about okay. Overall, the film has newness to offer to its audience with brilliant performances like Nana and John and the classy execution of the film.

Song lyrics:
Aazmaale aazmaale aaj khud ko aazmaale
Phirta hai kab se yeh dil sambhaale
Boliye lab pe ruke hain tere sajde mein jhuke hain
Pal pal bhikre hain kitne ujaale
Kya karoon kya sochta hai chain dil ka dhoondta hai
Apni kismat ko jagaale beech ka parda uthaale aazmaale
Aazmaale aazmaale aaj khud ko aazmaale
Phirta hai kab se yeh dil sambhaale
Boliye lab pe ruke hain tere sajde mein jhuke hain
Pal pal bhikre hain kitne ujaale

Apne gham se khelta hai, dard kitne jhelta hai
Sochta tu aur kuch hai, aur kuch tu bolta hai
Apne gham se khelta hai, dard kitne jhelta hai
Sochta tu aur kuch hai, aur kuch tu bolta hai
Apne dil ko tu manaale beech ka parda uthaale aazmaale
Aazmaale aazmaale aaj khud ko aazmaale
Phirta hai kab se yeh dil sambhaale
Boliye lab pe ruke hain tere sajde mein jhuke hain
Pal pal bhikre hain kitne ujaale

Kashmakash ko chhor de tu, rukh hawa ka mod de tu
Khaali pe maana hai tera, ho sake to tod de tu
Kashmakash ko chhor de tu, rukh hawa ka mod de tu
Khaali pe maana hai tera, ho sake to tod de tu
Ek nayi mehfil sajaale beech ka parda uthaale aazmaale
Aazmaale aazmaale aaj khud ko aazmaale
Phirta hai kab se yeh dil sambhaale
Boliye lab pe ruke hain tere sajde mein jhuke hain
Pal pal bhikre hain kitne ujaale
Kya karoon kya sochta hai chain dil ka dhoondta hai
Apni kismat ko jagaale beech ka parda uthaale aazmaale
Aazmaale aazmaale aaj khud ko aazmaale
Phirta hai kab se yeh dil sambhaale
Boliye lab pe ruke hain tere sajde mein jhuke hain
Pal pal bhikre hain kitne ujaale
Kitne ujaale, kitne ujaale, kitne ujaale
